- Please ensure that you quote your plot number(s), HL or PL and name as the reference for the payment – this is very important.
- By cheque, payable to Exmouth and District Allotment Association with your plot number(s) and HL or PL written on the reverse of the cheque – again very important.
- Your cheque must be paid in at HL Shop and not in person or via post to the Town Council in view of the existing COVID-19 guidance – once again this is vitally important for the safety of all concerned.
Payment Dates:
- In addition to the above methods of payment, for those wishing to pay via cheque (or exceptionally cash) then I will be available at the Hamilton Lane Shed on the following dates only:
- Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd January
- Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th January
- Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th January
- Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th January
- Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st January
- For late payers:
- Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th February
- Payment cannot be made at Pound Lane or on any other day for ease of administration.
